SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed by 12 pm are eligible for same day shipping (M-F), this is subject to product availability and order volume. Orders made after 12 pm will be processed and shipped the following business day (M-F). If your order falls on Sunday or a Holiday it will be processed and shipped on the following business day (M-F). If you need to make a change to your order please do so by 3 pm to avoid separate shipping charges. If you make a change to your order we will do our best to process it the same day, but shipping may occur on the following business day.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping and will be shipped via USPS unless a different shipping option is selected by the customer which will incur shipping fees. Express delivery does not qualify for free shipping. Orders over $500 will be shipped through UPS and will require signature verification of an adult over 21 for delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to be satisfied with our hemp and products. Order the wrong product? Contact us to send the unopened product back to us and we will exchange it for your desired product (of equal dollar amount). Have a problem with an item in your order? Contact us with your issue and we can begin working on your exchange or refund.
Exchanges or refunds must be requested within 30 days of the delivery of your product. Make sure it is unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. If your issue is related to shipping please contact us upon delivery so the problem can be rectified as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued after return and inspection of the item, to the original payment method. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to be processed by your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
